Crank is Old Model Armor Steel Crank (9.7 kg) which has been modified to 11.8 kg with new shafts and crank pins .Whereas connection rod remains old as it is in a good condition.
Delco Cover is Made of heavy gauge of Brass metal (200 grams approx)
Tappet Cover & Old Model wing Nut is Made of heavy gauge of Brass metal (200 grams approx).
Breather Cover Fabricated in Brass.
Oil Gauge is also made in Brass (threaded type).
New Fuel Tap & Fuel Filter with Magnet.
Cam Wheel Gears has been replaced with original one including heavy duty spindle & pinion wheel (2 dot).
New Condenser and delco Point (Lucas).
A pair of New Roots Horn (big)
Spark Plug used is NGK Iridium IX model for Excellent Ignition.
New Decompresser Assembly.
Gear has been reworked and all components are replace with genuine spares except 2nd & 3rd Gear Pinon Wheels.

Air cleaner box is fabricated as Old model Oval shaped which can accommodate new model round air filter.

Silence Muffler is from New Model Classic Royal Enfield Bullet (off road type genuine) incorporated with a old model silence nut near to cylinder for better cooling.
Rear Brake Lever and Brake Rods are new.
New Brake Lights and Indicators 4 no?s (crystal white type)
New Lucas Coil and Spark Plug cable.
Battery is New Exide with 15 months replacement warranty.
New rear tire 3.50 - 19 Birla with a pair of white colored alloy wheels.
Seat is newly custom made.
